We have been serving Nampa and adjacent areas since the early 90's. The company was founded by Randy Robertson in 1994. Randy sold the office to Dean Powers and Don Wixom in June of 2002. Wixom and Powers have brought a new level of experience to the Idaho real estate market, both for agents and customers. Here, the atmosphere is professional, and friendly. After a peak market in 2006, there has been some down-sizing in our industry. We now have approx. 20 full-time agents, committed to their careers, licensed with our firm. Many of them are associate brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, politicians, travel agents, and even athletes. They are all committed to the Business of listing and selling Idaho Real Estate. We have specialists in many fields of real estate, Buyers Agents, Farm and Ranch, New Construction, Starter homes, Commercial Land, Buildings, Businesses and Upper-end Homes. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, Aerial views and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you. Researching Idaho MLS data, we are members of the Intermountain MLS. The RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN) is wired right into our office for daily training and conferencing. With Direct Inward Dialing, our agents are able to give out there direct phone numbers, allowing callers to bypass the front office switchboard and receive calls straight to their desk.
