Are you kidding me?

Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) is now offering 3.875% annual interest rate for Idaho home purchases!

You must qualify under the standard guidelines with a minimum credit score of 600 and debt to income ratios not exceeding 45%. Annual household income limit is $85,000.

The minimum down payment is 3.5% of the purchase price (of your own money or a family gift) and most of the closing costs may be able to be negotiated into the purchase price of the home!

So, if you have been putting off buying Idaho Real Estate because of price or interest rates, there's no more making excuses! Prices are at a level of nearly 8 years ago and interest rates haven't been this low in decades!
