With a roller-coaster type of housing market within the past few years, buyers and sellers of Idaho real estate are curious to know what is changing.

Overall, I believe people are tired of hearing the bad news & have started to move on with their lives. Houses in the Boise, Nampa area are more affordable now than they have been in decades!

With pent-up demand from Idaho home buyers, inventory is low and we are seeing an "up-tick" in housing prices across the Treasure Valley and the Boise real estate market.

Take a look at the recent changes in number of homes sold, new construction and average home price changes:
