Nampa Homes Statistics for the 1st quarter of 2010:

There are currently, 1182 single-family Nampa homes for sale. 46% of these homes are "distressed properties" 140 are bank owned (foreclosures) and 409 are short sales (35%).

Nampa Real ESTATE SOLD Data:

As of 3-31-2010, 349 Nampa Homes have SOLD. A whopping 73% of these Nampa homes were "distressed properties" 189 were Bank owned REO's and 67 Short sales (19%).

There is approx. 10 months of inventory available for Nampa Home Buyers to choose from. Typically anything over 6 months worth of inventory is considered a "Buyer's Market" and when inventory drops below 6 months worth, it becomes more of a "Seller's Market."
