Nampa Homes Report May 2010Nampa Homes Statistics as of May 1, 2010:There are currently, 1104 single-family Nampa homes for sale. 46% of these homes are "distressed properties" 117 are bank owned (foreclosures) and 396 are short sales (36%). Nampa Real ESTATE SOLD Data:As of 4-30-2010, 547 Nampa Homes have SOLD. 25% of these Nampa homes were "distressed properties" 31 were Bank owned REO's and 104 Short sales (19%). There is approx. 8 months of inventory available for Nampa Home Buyers to choose from. Typically anything over 6 months worth of inventory is considered a "Buyer's Market" and when inventory drops below 6 months worth, it becomes more of a "Seller's Market."
