We're excited to launch our new site, SellIdaho.com. It has been re-designed from the ground-up to get needed information to home buyers and sellers as easily and quickly as possible.

This site is constantly under construction and reconstruction. Your input and opinions are welcomed and appreciated. If there is something we can add or create that will make this site more useful for you and meeting your real estate needs, please drop us a note or give me a call. It's been just over 2 years since we have launched the new site & I'm happy to say that we are set to receive over 1,000,000 hits this month and are ranked consistently in the top 2 positions on Google under the search term "Idaho Real Estate" as well as #1 with many other terms such as "search Idaho Real Estate", "selling Idaho real estate", "buying Idaho real estate" and many more!

The newest addition to the site is our direct access MLS engine. This will allow you to access all current, active property listings within the Intermountain MLS which makes up most of Idaho MLS searches! I don't believe in trying to make visitors "register" to receive this information, but I certainly hope you will visit long and contact me when you are ready to buy or sell!
