Specialization

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of Idaho real estate; residential, commercial and investment properties in the cities of Boise, Nampa, Meridian, Eagle, Caldwell and throughout the Treasure Valley. I keep current with market statistics in these areas.

Since becoming licensed in 1996, I have averaged selling 70 homes each year. My clients know they can count on my experience to best sell their home as well as the best guidance in purchasing a home.

Though I have hundreds of hours in education in all aspects of real estate, I consider myself a specialist in residential properties. Whether it is a single-family home or multi-family dwellings, this is where I shine in expertise and in negotiating skills.
