Boise Real Estate Market projected to have a 3% Drop...

According to Money Magazine's Real Estate 2010, Boise Idaho is projected to hit the bottom in pricing around the 3rd quarter of 2010!

After experiencing an 85% increase in pricing since 2000 and a most recent 22% drop from the peak in 2007, experts at Money Magazine say Boise's home prices will bottom out at a 3% drop between now & the 3rd Quarter of 2010.

So, is now a good time to buy Boise Idaho Real Estate or should one wait until the 3rd quarter?

With interest rates on the increase and a slight decline in pricing, I would say that NOW is a better time to buy, if you are financing. If you have cash, it might be alright to wait a few months.

It is important, however, to find the right house when looking at the selection of Boise Homes for sale. More so than price, can you find the home that is right for you and your family or the right investment that meets the correct criteria?

When accompanied with the Home Buyer Tax Credit and the upcoming deadlines, NOW makes more sense than ever before to buy Boise ID Real Estate!
